We are working on terrazzo restoration on floors in Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach on the south end of Treasure Island and west of North St. Pete Beach. It has beautiful beaches and a lot of historic terrazzo flooring. This hotel has units built in 1950 and expanded with a 2nd wing in 1955. These antique floors will be beautiful. The great thing about antique terrazzo flooring is the ability to look even better than when laid. When these floors were first laid they were ground and honed, then a finish applied. The finish designed to give the appearance of a diamond polished floor. Now these floors will have a diamond polished finish.
