Job Description
As an entry-level technician, no previous experience is required of you. We want to reward hard working individuals with advancement opportunities and are happy to teach you our craft from scratch. Your duties will include polishing edges, corners, and other detail areas that cannot be polished with large commercial grinder/polishers. Other duties include cleaning up grinding dust, emptying dust collection equipment, and various other tasks to contribute to the timely completion of the project. Again, no previous experience is required, and we will teach you the skills you need to be successful.

This means that the right candidate can quickly climb the ladder, learning other skills such as terrazzo repair and large grinder operation. We believe in skills-based compensation, so as your skills improve, so will your paycheck. If you master the skills necessary it is possible to advance to a crew management position making in excess of $50,000 per year.
Physical Requirements
This job includes manual labor. You must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs, as well as work in various positions including on your knees. We do not work in air conditioning, so tolerance for heat is also required.
Miscellaneous Requirements
Our territory covers Daytona to Naples (with the majority of work being between Bradenton and Cape Coral) so travel is frequently required. Hotels will be provided when working more than 50 miles from your home. You must have a valid drivers license and transportation to and from these job sites, and we will compensate you for the use of your personal vehicle.
Starting Compensation
New employees start at $12.50/hr, with most weeks being between 45 and 55 hours. Some Saturday work is required, and these weeks can sometimes exceed 60 hours. Raises are skills based, so as you acquire new skills you will make more money. Personal vehicle use is reimbursed at $0.50/mi for trips 50 miles and greater.
