This house is in a prime location in Longboat key. The floor has never been covered. Most of the terrazzo floors we do, that have never been covered, by another flooring, are on the beaches. In Florida, beach and terrazzo go together lIke milk and cookies. No floor could do what terrazzo does. It is the focal point of the house.
