This is a clubhouse we maintain in a Bradenton community. The first time we did it was 2009. We come once a year to re-coat and burnish. After 10 years we did a polish up after removing the high quality floor covering. This product is designed to be applied to a diamond polished surface. It will not look like this if the floor underneath is not a high gloss. It’s made to ware off and never amber. It is super thin and very durable. It never need stripped.
