Over you years we have restored many, many floors in Siesta Key. Many of the condos have beautiful terrazzo flooring. This house was restored a few years ago by a terrazzo restoration company. It had a finish, so we ground it off and started over. This floor was done with a state of the art HTC T-5 floor grinder. We started with course diamonds to get under years of dirt.
After getting down to clean floor we continue our progression of diamonds until the floor scratches are microscopic. At that point, with our system, we get the highest shine possible without using any coatings or strong chemicals to trick the floor into a shine.
