Venice Island Terrazzo Restoration

These after pictures are from a house we just finished on Venice Island.  This was the second house in a row from the same area of Venice Island that another company had attempted to do, but failed to produce the desired results.  Both terrazzo floors turned out looking great. The one pictured, looking down a wall, had damage from someone pulling tack strip nails.  There were many holes around the edges and in the middle of the floor that needed repaired.  Never let a lot of chip holes keep you from restoring your terrazzo floor. We take great care to match the binder and carry all of the stone used in Florida if the quarry is still in operation. We have some occasions where the quarry is not in operation but we were able to find and stockpile them. Not every floor can achieve a shine like this, but we work to get the best shine possible considering the hardness of the rocks.
