Terrazzo Restoration Lehigh Acres
The terrazzo floor pet stain removal, done by SafeDry Terrazzo Restoration, in Lehigh Acres, Florida. As you can see the floor is heavily stained from pets. We started the floor at 8:00 in the morning, and the house reeked from the pet stains. By 1:00 in the afternoon the smell was gone. We used a dry process so the stains causing the odor were not pushed down into the floor. We treated the floor between diamond grits and got almost all the stains out. This floor lookds great, and it does not have coating. We never use any chemicals to enhance the shine. All the shine is from mechanical diamond grinding, honing, and polishing. We use a penetrating protectant. It guards against oil and water based stains as well and the added protection from acid etching.
The most effective way to remove most stains is grinding. That is why we use a four hundred pound planetary grinder that spins up to 1,200 RPMs. While the floor is wide open from grinding we treat with strong bleaching agents.
This job was done in Punta Gorda. The cat had done some real pet stain damage to the terrazzo. Many companies would have turned down this job. We have tools to tackle these problems with outstanding results. We also eliminated the pet odor.
