Port Charlotte got some flooding from Hurricane Milton. This is one of the houses we restored. This house is near Edgewater Drive. Many houses in that area had floors with a lot of black marble chips. These marble chips make the Portland cement hard as well and lead to a beautiful shine. This floor came out looking fantastic. I love how these turned out. Hard floors are more shiny and also harder to stain. They also give up stains more easily. That is caused by the hardness of the marble mixed into the Portland cement. It is more dense so it is more stain resistant.
