West Florida is home to a lot of beautiful terrazzo flooring. Unfortunately, of late, it is also home to hurricanes and tropical systems. Many in these areas do not even know they have terrazzo flooring. The terrazzo has been covered for years. If your terrazzo is restored it will never be torn out. Terrazzo is made from Portland cement and mostly marble chips. Once it is properly restored it will never need covered. Quite simply, it will become the focal point of your house. Many customers tell me every person who walks into their house comments on their terrazzo flooring. Salt water flooding can cause slight etching to terrazzo flooring, but that can be corrected to look as good or better then ever.
